1. INTRODUCTION / NATURE OF PLATFORM
Welcome to WOTIVUM GAMING. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WOTIVUM GAMING mobile application, website, and related services (the “Platform”).
“WOTIVUM,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to WOTIVUM LLC d/b/a WOTIVUM GAMING. “User,” “you,” and “your” refer to any individual using the Platform.
WOTIVUM provides a skill-based competitive gaming platform that allows users to participate in head-to-head and solo skill-based competitions. WOTIVUM does not offer gambling services and does not operate games of chance.
Solo matches require Twitch streaming; H2H matches do not require streaming but it is recommended for dispute evidence.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and participate on the Platform.
The Platform is available only to users physically located in states that permit skill-based competitions. Participation is prohibited in:
Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Louisiana, Montana, South Carolina, South Dakota, and Tennessee.
Participation in paid contests is void where prohibited by law. WOTIVUM reserves the right to restrict access from additional states or jurisdictions if laws change or legal guidance requires.
3. USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
a. All information you provide is accurate and current
b. You are physically located in a jurisdiction that permits skill-based competitions
c. You will use the Platform only for lawful purposes
d. You are not using a VPN, proxy, or other location-masking technology
4. PLATFORM OPERATIONS
Users may participate in:
• Head-to-Head (H2H) Matches
• Solo Matches
Users pay an entry fee to participate. Platform fees apply per match.
WOTIVUM does not determine game outcomes and does not guarantee winnings.
5. ENTRY FEES, MATCHES, AND PAYOUTS
For H2H matches, the winning player receives the total prize pool, less applicable platform fees.
For Solo matches, payouts may vary based on user performance and selected entry levels, less applicable platform fees.
All funds are processed through the Platform’s payment processor.
6. WALLET SYSTEM
Users maintain an in-app wallet that may contain:
• Real-money balances
• Bonus balances (usable only for eligible Solo matches)
Bonus balances have no cash value.
7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
Users may not:
• Engage in cheating, exploitation, or manipulation
• Submit false match results or evidence
• Use unauthorized payment methods or initiate chargebacks
• Harass or threaten other users
• Violate applicable laws or regulations
Violations may result in suspension or termination.
8. OFFICIAL MATCH RULES AND PROCEDURES
8(a). Match Setup
• Registered usernames are used
• Stable internet connection required
• Intentional disconnects or misconduct may result in forfeiture

H2H Matches
Madden
• All Madden Difficulty, 4-minute quarters, competitive mode, neutral field, accelerated clock off, injuries off, fatigue on, no custom playbooks, no glitches.
College Football
• Heisman Difficulty, 4-minute quarters, neutral field, accelerated clock off, injuries off, fatigue on, no custom playbooks.
NBA2K
• Hall of Fame Difficulty, 4-minute quarters, injuries off, fatigue on, game speed normal, standard NBA teams.
FC Soccer
• Legendary Difficulty, 6-minute halves, game speed normal, live form on, offsides on, bookings on.
UFC
• Legendary Difficulty, standard fight mode, 3 rounds, any weight class.
Solo Matches
Madden
• Online Ranked only; No custom playbooks.
College Football
• Road To The CFP only; All Tiers; No custom playbooks.
NBA2K
• PlayNow Online only.
FC Soccer
• Online Seasons only.
UFC
• Ranked Championships only.
8(c). Streaming Requirements
• Solo matches require Twitch streaming
• H2H streaming recommended
• Stream evidence may be used in disputes
8(d). Match Timing
• Solo matches must start within 10 minutes
• H2H results auto-approve if not disputed within 1 hour
8(e). Disconnections
• Disconnect outcomes handled per approved rules
8(f). Refunds, Payouts, and Evidence
• Refunds issued only under defined conditions
• False evidence may result in penalties
8(g). Administrative Authority
All rulings are final and made at WOTIVUM’s discretion.
9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes must be submitted through the Platform and will be reviewed according to Section 8.
10. ARBITRATION AGREEMENT
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
This arbitration agreement survives termination of your account or these Terms.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All trademarks, logos, content, and software are owned by WOTIVUM LLC d/b/a WOTIVUM GAMING or its licensors.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.
12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WOTIVUM, its officers, employees, and affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
WOTIVUM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
14. TAX REPORTING
Payment processing may require tax reporting. Users are responsible for their own tax obligations.
15. TERMINATION
WOTIVUM may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
